Just three years since our founding, Hartlepool Cable Services is proud to announce a significant milestone in our journey: we’ve moved into new, larger premises in Billingham! This exciting step provides us with nearly ten times the space, giving us the scope to continue meeting the UK’s growing demand for our specialist cable installation and jointing services.
Our story began in 2022 at the UKSE Innovation Centre in Hartlepool, which was a brilliant place to grow our business. We are immensely grateful for the support we received, including a vital unsecured loan from UKSE and the invaluable introduction from Mike McKenna at Inspire Financial Management. This backing was instrumental in allowing us to expand our team and scale our operations.
Today, that team includes key appointments like Contracts Manager Ian Varley and Health & Safety Advisor Chris Twizell, alongside our administration lead, Danni Douglas. Together with a dedicated team of over 55 sub-contractors, we are delivering major projects nationwide.
Our expertise is now sought after for significant infrastructure projects, including data centres, water treatment works, and our largest project to date—a major energy-from-waste facility in Cheshire. We are thrilled to be settled into our new home and are excited for the future as we continue to power the UK’s critical infrastructure.
